Mix FM 102.3 ("the station", "we") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data this website collects and what happens to it.

1. What we collect

Competition entries: the name, phone number and email address you submit, together with your answer. Messages to the studio: the name and message you send. Contact form: the details you choose to include. The site does not use advertising trackers.

2. Why we collect it

Competition data is used solely to run the competition — to validate entries, select winners and hand over prizes. Studio messages are used on air at the presenters' discretion. Contact messages are used to reply to you.

3. Retention

Competition entries are kept for three months after the competition closes, then deleted. Studio and contact messages are kept for up to twelve months.

4. Sharing

Personal data is not sold and not shared with third parties, except where a prize is delivered by a sponsor (the winner's contact details are passed to the sponsor for delivery only) or where the law requires it.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus. To exercise any right, email [email protected].
