COMPETITION TERMS

These terms govern every competition and prize draw run by Mix FM 102.3 through this website, its social media channels and its broadcast programming.

1. Eligibility

Entry is open to natural persons aged 18 or over who are permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus. Employees of the station and its group companies, and their immediate families, may not enter. Each competition may set additional conditions, announced on air or on the competition's page.

2. How to enter

Entry is free; no purchase is required. Entries are submitted through the form on the competition's page, by phone to the studio, or as otherwise described in the competition announcement. One entry per person unless the announcement states otherwise; duplicate or automated entries are removed.

3. Winners and prizes

Winners are selected as described in each competition — by draw among valid entries or by the stated on-air mechanic — and are contacted using the details they provided. If a winner cannot be reached within seven days, the station may select a replacement. Prizes are as described, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable.

4. Fair play

The station may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or in breach of these terms, and may amend, suspend or cancel a competition for reasons outside its control, with notice on this website.
